Driving growth. Shaping the brand. Making an impact.
Are you a strategic, hands-on marketing leader ready to shape the global profile of a fast-growing business school? LSBF is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape strategy, drive student recruitment and B2B corporate training growth, and turn ideas into impact with a high performing international team. You will define and execute our international marketing strategy, drive student recruitment, and elevate brand visibility across MBAs, MSc programs, ACCA qualifications, and professional short courses.
This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to roll up your sleeves and shape the LSBF marketing function from the UK, working alongside a high-performing international team based in India, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the globe. With LSBF’s nimble, collaborative culture, you’ll have the freedom to move from strategy to execution, make decisions, and see your work drive real growth.
About The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead LSBF’s UK marketing presence, ensuring content, campaigns, and digital strategies resonate with both local and global audiences. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee performance marketing, optimize lead generation, and manage multi-channel initiatives, while mentoring a talented marketing team overseas. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading marketing strategy aligned with LSBF’s growth objectives.
- Overseeing content creation and social media orchestration, with a hands-on approach to tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Monitoring performance metrics, working closely with sales to optimize lead quality and pipeline growth.
- Building strong internal relationships, navigating a complex ecosystem to give LSBF visibility and influence.
- Inspiring and developing a team, while setting the tone for marketing excellence across geographies.
Who You Are
- A senior marketing leader ideally within higher education, professional training, or certification sectors.
- Confident in both content management and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of digital and traditional channels.
- Strategic, autonomous, and hands-on, capable of driving initiatives without constant oversight.
- Experienced in managing international teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about AI-driven marketing and leveraging innovative tools to deliver measurable results.
Why This Role Is Special
At LSBF, you’ll work in a brand that is nimble, collaborative, and purpose-driven. You will have the autonomy to implement strategy, influence commercial growth, and help shape the school’s marketing future - without the bureaucracy of larger organisations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys moving from strategy to action with tangible impact.
Why LSBF?
Because we are a global business school that values flexibility, collaboration, and results. Here, your ideas matter, your work has visibility, and your leadership shapes the next generation of business professionals.
If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and make a tangible impact, please note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Only applicants shortlisted for interview will be contacted. We do not offer visa sponsorships.
We are committed to ensuring our workforce is reflective of our diverse student population, striving to increase the representation of age, disability, gender identity and expression, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background of our employees. We’re also committed to providing adjustments to those who may require support with the recruitment process - please contact the LSBF Talent Acquisition Team.
