Waitress / BaristaJob Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Waitress / Barista to join our team in the heart of Stockton Heath. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility required.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Opening and closing duties when required

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Experience as a waitress or barista is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
