We have excellent clinical results with a 93% response rate in fibromyalgia.
Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Central London within the prestigious London Clinic, Harley Street. It is an exciting opportunity do help develop one of the first rheumatology-led RTMS pain clinics. The London Rheumatology Centre is a leading private healthcare provider renowned for delivering specialist care in rheumatology, fibromyalgia, and connective tissue disorders. As part of our continued expansion and innovation in chronic pain management, we launched The Brainwave Clinicβa pioneering service offering Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for patients with fibromyalgia and hypermobility-related conditions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional person for this post; someone highly organised, proactive, and people-centred. You would be a Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, business development, and strategic growth of both clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or clinical administration, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and patient pathways efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions of both clinics, including scheduling, facilities, compliance, and patient experience.
- Develop and implement clinic protocols, administrative systems, and digital infrastructure to improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead service development for new offerings such as rTMS, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, suppliers, and partnering institutions (e.g., The London Clinic).
- Conduct data analysis, service audits, and reporting to monitor growth and inform strategy.
- Support business expansion, including market research, branding, and defining the clinic\βs ethos, values, and mission.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, hiring, training, and performance management of support staff.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a private clinic or healthcare operations management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage sensitive relationships with care and discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, quality assurance, and private sector standards.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong data literacy and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working in partnership with larger healthcare organisations (e.g., hospital groups or consultancy models).
- Interest in innovation within health tech or integrative care models.
- Knowledge of chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or neuromodulation therapies is a plus.
