The predicted salary is between 58000 - 66000 £ per year.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 35 hours

Salary: Starting from £66,000 per annum (London weighted salary) or £58,000 per annum (Regional salary), dependent on experience

Grade: 11

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Closing Date: 31st May 2026

Interview Dates: First stage will be held on 10th June 2026, followed by second stage taking place on 16th June 2026 (at least one of the interview stages will be in person)

People Management and Leadership:

Leading a cohort of Business Analysts, building the team, managing performance, overseeing delivery and developing their experience, skills and careers.

Business Analysis Practice:

Working with other Lead Business Analysts to develop a high performing practice, creating consistent ways of working, methodologies and delivery approaches.

Assessing Change Demand and Building Solutions:

Assessing new, often regulatory or compliance driven change demand and identifying solutions that align with target operating model direction.

Designing, Assuring and Making Transformation and Change happen:

Designing solutions to enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables. Collaborating with Business Architects, Service Designers, Programme and Project Managers, Technology and Data experts, and Programme and Project Sponsors to design, assure and deliver aspects of the Transformation and Change portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Deep experience of Business Analysis practice development and deployment.
  • People Leadership, Management and Team development experience.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, able to make the complex simple.
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated sector such as housing (ideal but not essential).
