Role Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a qualified, self-motivated, and organized individual to lead the strategic Treasury & Insurance functions. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a motivated team and be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership aligned with the Group\’s mission and values
- Developing funding and investment strategies
- Collaborating with the Executive Group and advising organizational leaders
- Managing stakeholder engagement with external investors
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and governance
- Designing risk management strategies to support credit ratings
Candidate Requirements:
- Member of Association of Corporate Treasurers or equivalent
- Extensive treasury experience, preferably in banking or corporate sectors
- Senior leadership experience in treasury management
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented work approach
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial systems
