Title: Compliance Manager - (No Access)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours
Salary: £57,094 per annum to £63,032 per annum (London weighted salary) or £49,502 per annum to £55,106 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
Grade: 10
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our No Access Team at L&Q:
Property & Investment is looking for a Compliance Manager to join the No Access team on a permanent basis. This includes managing the team of Compliance Officers to ensure data and systems are actively managed and available to monitor compliance. As well as managing our Compliance No Access Team to help get cases through to court proceedings.
Your impact in the role:
The role will include being the lead on the compliance database ensuring that this is kept up to date and accurate on a regular basis. Which includes ensuring existing assets are kept up to date with any changes, as well as ensuring new assets are created when new build properties are handed over; and ensuring these are placed under service contract and maintain compliancy by liaising with contract teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be caring, understanding, and empathetic and be able to produce letters to a very high standard including a full review of your investigation.
What you'll bring:
You must have a confident approach in reviewing escalated cases as you will need to challenge decisions that may have already been agreed upon from other business areas therefore it is essential you have excellent and effective communication skills.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in reporting on compliance and working with data management.
- Experience working on compliance legislations
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive personal experience with asset management software
- Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to strictly adhere to procedures and policies
- Experienced in budget control
