The Role
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson responsible for carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment works, larger-scale refurbishments and general repair works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing works to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments.
- Complete bathroom and kitchen installations, whole-house refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating.
- Undertake carpentry works including flooring, building works and general repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues relating to damp and condensation.
- Carry out roofing works where required.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Capable of working effectively alongside other trades and taking the lead on multi-trade refurbishment projects where required.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and to a high standard.
- Work safely and comply with all company health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
