Multi-skilled Tradespeople | London | Full Time | From £40,000 PAYE or £200 per day CIS-based, with plenty of overtime available if required

Role

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson responsible for carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment works, larger-scale refurbishments and general repair works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing works to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments
  • Complete bathroom and kitchen installations, whole-house refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating
  • Undertake carpentry works including flooring, building works and general repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve issues relating to damp and condensation
  • Carry out roofing works where required
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients
  • Capable of working effectively alongside other trades and taking the lead on multi-trade refurbishment projects where required
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and to a high standard
  • Work safely and comply with all company health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience across multiple trades and property maintenance
  • Time-served experience with relevant qualifications up to date
  • A fully qualified and experienced tradesperson
  • Strong knowledge of refurbishment and repair works
  • Experience in areas including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, tiling, plastering and decorating
  • Experience with roofing, flooring, building works, damp diagnosis and condensation issues would be a distinct advantage
  • A flexible, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • A full, clean driving licence
