An exciting position has become available for full-time Multi-skilled Carpenters covering London. Successful candidates will earn from £40,000 PAYE or £200 per day CIS-based, with plenty of overtime available if required.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson, who will undertake general maintenance and refurbishment work including detailed fire door repair works.
Role Requirements- Extensive experience of all of the fields above
- Time-served carpentry experience with relevant qualifications up to date
- A flexible, friendly and helpful attitude
- A full, clean driving licence
- A wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing jobs to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments
- Extensive fire door installation and repair experience essential
- Bathroom and kitchen fitting, whole house refurbishment, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating
- Experience with roofing, carpentry (flooring and building) and diagnosing/resolving damp and condensation issues a distinct advantage
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication
- Completing required paperwork to the highest standard
- Working in teams and alone and to H&S guidelines
- Maintaining a professional presentation and keeping company van clean and well maintained
