Our client is a multinational engineering group headquartered in London, with 100+ offices across five continents. They are currently hiring a Global Head of Tax to join their high performing finance team in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and year-end group tax reporting process to ensure tax reporting requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Play a key advisory role in cross-border tax planning and cash repatriation strategies (including equity injections and intercompany funding), aiming to reduce tax leakage and manage overall tax risk
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with UK, US, and international tax requirements, including corporate tax returns, statutory tax filings, and broader tax reporting obligations.
