We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
This is not a standard lettings role. We work with high-end developments, premium landlords, investors, and corporate clients across some of London’s most sought‑after locations. The ideal candidate must already have strong lettings experience, understand the London market, and be confident dealing with high‑value clients and properties.
This role is suited to someone ambitious, proactive, and hungry to build a long‑term career with genuine uncapped earning potential. We are looking for someone willing to put in the time, stay organised, and take ownership of their pipeline and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings across London
- Register and qualify applicants professionally
- Manage enquiries and follow up leads efficiently
- Market properties across all major UK property portals
- Upload and maintain accurate property listings
- Use the company CRM correctly and consistently
- Keep records, notes, and applicant updates fully accurate
- Negotiate offers with prospective tenants
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy progression
- Stay up to date with the London lettings market and competitor activity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in London lettings
- Experience dealing with luxury or new build properties preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well‑presented and professional at all times
- Full understanding of CRM systems and portal management
- Organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel across London for viewings and meetings
