We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management : Address inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally.
- Property Inspections and Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections, oversee repairs, and organise check-ins/check-outs to assess damages for deposit deductions.
- Legal Compliance : Stay up-to-date and ensure properties comply with property regulations and safety standards.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- CRM and Organisational Skills : Learn and master all our CRM systems to track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity.
- Inbox Management : Organise emails to ensure no inquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to.
- Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements; report to the Head of Property Management.
- Snagging and Handover : Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties.
- Vendor Management : Liaise with contractors and oversee quality of work.
- Emergency Response : Handle urgent property issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management. Minimum 2 years
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Fast learner
- High level of spoken and written English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Reasonable weekend availability whenever necessary
