With clinics in Central London and St Albans operating seven days a week, the team delivers same-day appointments without the need for GP referral. Highly qualified ultrasound specialists, accredited by bodies such as the HCPC, GMC, and NMC, provide a full range of scans, including pregnancy, pelvic, MSK, thyroid, prostate, breast, vascular, and cardiac assessments. This is a full-time, hybrid General Practitioner role based in London, with some flexibility for remote work where clinically appropriate (e.g., follow-up calls, virtual consultations, and administrative tasks). The General Practitioner will provide high-quality primary care consultations, conduct clinical assessments, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic results, including ultrasound and blood tests, in collaboration with the clinical imaging team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and documenting management plans
  • Providing clear patient education
  • Making appropriate referrals
  • Ensuring continuity of care for individuals attending health checks and diagnostic appointments
  • Working closely with sonographers, consultants, and administrative staff to maintain safe, efficient clinical pathways and uphold all regulatory and CQC standards
  • Participating in clinical governance activities
  • Contributing to protocol development
  • Supporting training and mentoring of colleagues
  • Assisting with corporate and executive health assessments

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with proven experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in adult populations
  • Background in Family Medicine or General Practice, with confidence in holistic, continuity-based care and preventive health assessments
  • Understanding of Nursing and multidisciplinary team collaboration to support integrated patient pathways and safe clinical practice
  • Experience in Training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff and willingness to contribute to ongoing education and quality improvement
  • Full GMC registration with license to practice, appropriate postgraduate GP qualification (e.g., MRCGP or equivalent), and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience in private healthcare, diagnostics, or corporate health services is advantageous, particularly in interpreting imaging and lab results
  • Excellent communication, shared decision-making, and documentation skills, with a patient-centered, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive approach
  • Comfort with digital health systems, electronic medical records, and remote consultation tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
