London Private Hospital is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (NMC-registered) to join our Ward, Outpatients, and Pre/Post-Op team.
What You’ll Do- Lead clinical shifts & support ward management
- Deliver high-quality patient care across ward, OPD & peri-op
- Support Senior Nurse with service development
- Maintain excellent documentation, safety standards & CQC compliance
- Work closely with Consultants & MDT
- Participate in audits, training, patient experience initiatives
- Support induction, teaching & development of junior staff
- Contribute to continuous improvement & hospital growth
- NMC-registered RGN
- 2+ years post-registration experience
- Strong clinical reasoning & leadership skills
- Confident managing ward operations
- Excellent communication & patient-focused approach
- Knowledge of CQC standards
- BLS/ILS (mentorship/ENB 998 desirable)
