London Polished Concrete (LPC) is seeking a hands-on site-based project lead to manage delivery, programme, quality, logistics and financial controls across multiple live projects. You’ll interface with LPC’s in-house team, subcontractors, main contractors and client teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to spec and within budget.
Key responsibilities include reviewing scope and drawings, creating lookahead programmes, coordinating trades, tracking progress and delivering clean handovers
