We are a dynamic and fast-growing media production studio and agency, specialising in podcasts. Our studio is a hub for creativity, collaboration, and innovation. As the Studio Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all studio activities. You will oversee podcast bookings and inquiries, manage the studio facilities, the team (Editors, Videographers & Content Creators), and supervise podcast productions. You will also play a key role in driving the studio's growth by leading sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients and grow the studio's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Podcast Bookings and Enquiries: Oversee and manage all incoming inquiries, maintain the booking calendar, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and promote the studio's services through targeted campaigns and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Studio Facilities Management: Ensure the studio and its equipment are maintained, organised, and ready for use. Coordinate maintenance and upgrades as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the studio team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Production Oversight: Supervise podcast productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the company's quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar management role, such as studio, video production, podcast production, or media operations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Sales and marketing acumen, with a proven ability to develop campaigns and build client relationships.
