We are an independent podcast studio and production agency based in London, helping brands, creators, and businesses produce standout video content that builds connection and drives engagement. Our services include podcast production, branded content development, studio hire, marketing, and distribution.

We have grown organically due to high inbound leads from good SEO and brand awareness. However, as we scale, we are looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Consultant to help scale our client base and revenue. This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to earn based on results, work flexibly, and be part of a rapidly growing media business.

The Opportunity

You will lead sales outreach and client acquisition efforts—introducing our services to brands, agencies, and creators looking to make an impact through video podcasts. You will earn commission on every closed deal, with generous percentage-based payouts and performance bonuses for hitting milestones. This is not a 9-to-5. We are looking for someone who thrives on autonomy, is confident in B2B sales, and can open doors across industries—from startups to established brands.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and generate leads in target markets (e.g. marketing agencies, brands, content teams, creators).
  • Pitch our podcast services and studio offerings to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales process: outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiations, closing.
  • Collaborate with the production team to tailor creative solutions to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Help shape our sales strategy and influence future service offerings.

What You Will Earn

  • Base: Earn a minimum rate for billable hours worked (up to 12 hours per week).
  • Commission: Earn a competitive percentage of all sales you close.
  • Uncapped earnings: The more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Performance bonuses: Milestone and stretch goal incentives available.
  • Residuals: Potential for recurring commissions on ongoing client relationships.
  • Typical deal sizes range from £2,000 to £20,000+ depending on project scope.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales—ideally in media, creative, podcasting, advertising, or content production.
  • Confident in lead generation, outreach, and closing.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-connected within brand, agency, or creator ecosystems.
  • Passionate about video, storytelling, and the power of podcasting.
