A heavily data-driven business with an approach that relies upon applying understanding of data, processes and automation to traditional areas of business. We’re looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join this newly formed Wholesale team. It’s an exciting time for the brand, introducing an entirely new revenue channel. You’ll be working closely with the Wholesale Director on nurturing relationships with national and global accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM database
- Manage partner orders and communications
- Manage diary and attend sales meetings, supporting the Head of Wholesale
- Cultivate strong relationships with Wholesale clients
- Prepare reports and other relevant information on the accounts
- Visit clients to maintain good communication and nurture the partnership
- Attend both national and international trade shows (travel involved)
- Liaise with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Support, Operations and Product to gain a holistic understanding of the brand and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
- 1+ years of Wholesale experience in an established or high growth brand
- Numerate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present information and convey concepts in an engaging manner
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Lateral curiosity not only limited to your specialism
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally in line with business needs.
