Programme Executive – Grow London Early Stage – London

Purpose of role

Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager to support the delivery of early-stage business support across themes that include Net Zero, Circular, Sustainable Fashion, TechBio, Aspiring Exporters (focusing on underrepresented founders) and MusicTech.

Key Tasks

  • Provide administrative support for the programme.
  • Organise meetings and write meeting minutes.
  • Assist with collection and collation of data and feedback to evaluate and enhance the support provided across the Programme. These may include tracking any equivalent targets of support given to the companies, jobs created and other outputs.
  • Maintain digital platforms used for operational execution of the Programme such as DocuSign, Eventbrite, Zoom, Salesforce and other platforms or applications.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team assist in the preparation and production of collateral and resources to facilitate the promotion and engagement of the Programme.
  • Contribute to ensuring that the businesses our partners support are included in our Growth Services opportunities and wider opportunities across London & Partners.
  • In collaboration with the compliance team maintain records as per grant guidelines including data collection for client activities, project reporting and feedback collection and collation.
  • Gather, interpret, and correctly manage the data that will assist in the building of a pipeline of companies that may be eligible for Grow London Global. Ensure this is recorded and accessible by Grow London Global team so they can access and utilise the data.
  • Deliver ad hoc operational and administrative support for the wider Trade and Growth team.
  • Undertake any other projects or special assignments which may from time to time be required.
  • Support the delivery of events.
