London & Partners is seeking a Small Business Programme Manager to lead the Made Smarter London programme, designing and implementing working methods, financial governance, reporting systems and compliance. The role requires strong coordination across L&P teams and external partners.

You'll manage monthly and quarterly reporting to GLA and DBT, administer grants, oversee procurement and contracts, and line-manage the Operations Executive, delivering on targets in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
