Purpose of the role
The Senior AI Adoption Specialist will deliver high-quality AI Adoption support, guiding SMEs through their AI awareness and adoption journey. They will lead outreach and engagement efforts to ensure strong participation in the programme and manage a team of AI Adoption Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of the AI Programme on planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for the programme, building visibility with SMEs and managing relationships with relevant networks.
- Achieve programme KPIs related to AI adoption activities.
- Support the Marketing and PR team to enhance visibility and reputation.
Key Tasks
- Leadership and Line Management: Train and supervise a small team of AI Adoption Specialists, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Client & Programme Delivery: Design programme delivery, manage a portfolio of SMEs, and conduct workshops to assess business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Networking: Represent the programme at events and build relationships with local business networks.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Ensure accurate data capture, monitor progress against KPIs, and identify trends from SME engagements.
