Location: London (Hybrid) | Position: Full-time | Start Date: Jan 2025 | Salary: Experience dependent, must have 1-2 years experience

We curate the city’s most exciting experiences, from the latest restaurant openings to cutting-edge exhibitions and hidden gems, bringing our audience the best of what London has to offer. Our platform is driven by a passion for discovery and creativity, and our vibrant social media presence, especially on TikTok, plays a key role in engaging our community with the dynamic pulse of the city.
Responsibilities
TikTok:
- Developing creative content ideas that reflect LOTI’s journalistic approach and align with our brand pillars: art & culture, food, and events.
- Focusing on trends relevant to a digital magazine, showcasing experiences in London rather than “person-first” or gimmicky trends.
- Organising, shooting and editing TikTok videos that give an insider’s look into London’s cultural landscape.
- Contributing to regular social media series with creative input, organising shoots, and managing other important elements to ensure seamless execution.
- Managing client campaigns using LOTI’s internal documentation and processes.
- Posting content, engaging with the TikTok community in line with our brand, and reporting on key performance metrics.
Editorial & LOTI Website Support:
- Writing and publishing daily ad-hoc news articles that enhance our online presence.
- Creating and distributing newsletters that engage and inform our audience.
- Assisting with editorial tasks to support website content and newsletter initiatives.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date with key insights and trends, turning learnings into creative ideas for LOTI campaigns and content opportunities.
About You
- Passionate about TikTok and social media trends, with an understanding of how content can serve an editorial purpose.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident in shooting and editing video content using mobile apps like CapCut.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen interest in editorial work.
- Experience in content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
- Familiar with the London lifestyle scene, including food, events, and culture.
