Our platform is driven by a passion for discovery and creativity, and our vibrant social media presence, especially on TikTok, plays a key role in engaging our community with the dynamic pulse of the city.
ResponsibilitiesTikTok:
Developing creative content ideas that reflect LOTI\’s journalistic approach and align with our brand pillars: art & culture, food, and events.
Focusing on trends relevant to a digital magazine, showcasing experiences in London rather than \”person-first\” or gimmicky trends.
Organising, shooting and editing TikTok videos that give an insider\’s look into London\’s cultural landscape.
Contributing to regular social media series with creative input, organising shoots, and managing other important elements to ensure seamless execution.
Managing client campaigns using LOTI\’s internal documentation and processes.
Posting content, engaging with the TikTok community in line with our brand, and reporting on key performance metrics.
Editorial & LOTI Website Support:
Writing and publishing daily ad-hoc news articles that enhance our online presence.
Creating and distributing newsletters that engage and inform our audience.
Assisting with editorial tasks to support website content and newsletter initiatives.
Conducting research and staying up-to-date with key insights and trends, turning learnings into creative ideas for LOTI campaigns and content opportunities.
About You
Passionate about TikTok and social media trends, with an understanding of how content can serve an editorial purpose.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident in shooting and editing video content using mobile apps like CapCut.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen interest in editorial work.
Experience in content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
Familiar with the London lifestyle scene, including food, events, and culture.
