Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PTL meetings for specific specialties and provide cover during leave periods.
- Track designated patients throughout their 18-week pathway, escalating concerns promptly.
- Assist the project manager in the review process.
- Coordinate national and local audits for specific specialties by collating and analyzing data.
General Responsibilities
- Enhance service improvement capabilities across MDTs.
- Facilitate service improvement initiatives with MDTs to improve patient care experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with MDTs to develop patient-centered care pathways.
- Ensure efficient department operations as part of the team.
- Maintain effective communication, including sensitive or challenging interactions.
- Communicate with patients and GPs as required within patient pathways.
- Monitor and improve administrative and clerical responsibilities to high standards.
- Identify process issues and suggest pathway improvements.
