Essential criteria
- Good general education including GCSE English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
- NVQ Level 4 with some relevant modules on the subject or foundation Degree
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
- IT literate with good keyboard skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
- Cerner Knowledge
