Education /Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Good general education including GCSE English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
  • NVQ Level 4 with some relevant modules on the subject or foundation Degree
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
  • IT literate with good keyboard skills
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
  • Cerner Knowledge

Desirable criteria

  • Other vocational qualifications
  • Medical Terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Clinical coding
  • NHS Experience
