We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and help keep the engine running day-to-day: from raising purchase orders and maintaining inventory data, to supporting supplier projects and tracking fulfilment performance. If you love getting stuck into details, enjoy working with data and feel proud when things are organised and on time - we would love to hear from you.
As our Operations Executive, you’ll support the Operations Manager across the core building blocks of our supply chain and ops function. You’ll own key BAU workflows, help keep our databases and trackers accurate and support projects that improve how we work and how we deliver. This is a hands-on role with opportunity to learn fast - perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s hungry to grow in a high-pace startup environment.
- Operational BAU: Keep day-to-day ops running smoothly across suppliers, inbound deliveries and fulfilment (in-house, contract packers, UK + US 3PLs) as we scale in the UK and internationally.
- Demand Planning: Own the weekly inventory cycle and keep SKU master data and supplier records accurate.
- Operational Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on fulfilment KPIs, delivery performance, OTIF, end-of-month margin reporting and cost-to-deliver trends.
- Packaging / POC Projects: Research and shortlist suppliers, coordinate sample pulls and support new packaging projects.
- AI Workflows: Build, test and maintain AI workflows and agents that support day-to-day ops - from inbox triage and supplier comms to inventory reporting and data clean-up.
Are a recent graduate with a genuine interest in wellness and startups. Have intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills. Enjoy working with data and using it to support your position.
