ABOUT THE POST
London Metropolitan University Estates Department currently has an opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join the Front of House team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual. As Front of House Assistant you will provide excellent customer service to our fantastic students, staff and visitors at reception points in all LMU\’s principal buildings.
The reception areas within London Metropolitan University\’s principal buildings are the first point of contact for everyone and we need to ensure that they are greeted with a warm, positive welcome along with the offer of assistance at all times.
Successful candidates should have the ability to think independently, problem-solve and possess excellent communication skills, and have a desire to deliver excellent customer care and service. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills, along with adaptability, openness to change and personal motivation in all aspects of your work.
