London Metropolitan University is seeking to recruit to the post of Associate Director of Estate Development to play a leading role in the delivery of its Estates Strategy.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Associate Director of Estate Development takes leadership responsibility for the strategic development and effective utilisation of the University's estate including capital programme/project delivery, master planning, space strategy/management and property management.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of capital development programmes spanning major capital projects through to smaller scale refurbishment and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, high levels of property and space management awareness with experience of reporting, risk management and supply chain management. They will be genuinely motivated by delivering an inspiring estates environment for this special University.
