Vice President – EMEA Security Technology and Projects

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination efforts for broadening the HKEX listed company universe in the EMEA region
• Conduct in-depth analysis including industry research, financial and valuation assessment on key target businesses
• Work closely with various stakeholders to cultivate and shape narratives of relevance to client discussions
• Relationship establishment and management of EMEA financial market ecosystem
• Project management of tactical issuer services initiatives
• Become familiar with regional peer exchanges (listing rules, exchange volumes, investor flows)
• Gather and share intelligence on equity capital market transactions and market developments in the EMEA region
• Contribute to thematic topics of relevance to the global issuer services platform
