London Medical Associates (LMA) is seeking an inspiring and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter of growth and impact. West London GP Federation.

Working closely with the Board, you will provide strategic leadership to support thriving general practice, develop high-performing Primary Care Networks and deliver high-quality, resident-centred services.

This is an influential, senior, system-facing role at the heart of primary care transformation. The Chief Executive will provide strategic and operational leadership for an organisation representing 39 GP practices across five PCNs, serving a population of approximately 300,000 across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster and is part of the National Neighbourhood Pilot Programme.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the Federation’s strategic direction for integrated, neighbourhood-based care.
• Represent primary care at place, ICB and wider system level, ensuring a strong and credible voice.
• Lead transformation across PCNs, embedding population health, prevention and digital innovation.
• Oversee corporate governance, financial sustainability and organisational culture.
• Champion inclusion, engagement and values-led leadership across practices and partners.

LMA is seeking a senior executive leader with experience at Board and system level, strong governance and financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading transformation in complex health environments.
