This is an influential, senior, system-facing role at the heart of primary care transformation. The Chief Executive will provide strategic and operational leadership for an organisation representing 39 GP practices across five PCNs, serving a population of approximately 300,000 across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster and is part of the National Neighbourhood Pilot Programme.
Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the Federationโs strategic direction for integrated, neighbourhood-based care.
- Represent primary care at place, ICB and wider system level, ensuring a strong and credible voice.
- Lead transformation across PCNs, embedding population health, prevention and digital innovation.
- Oversee corporate governance, financial sustainability and organisational culture.
- Champion inclusion, engagement and values-led leadership across practices and partners.
LMA is seeking a senior executive leader with experience at Board and system level, strong governance and financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading transformation in complex health environments.
