The Role

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for delivering critical elements of our LMG learning strategy that supports the continuous growth of all employees—from entry-level through to senior leadership. This role will lead the creation and implementation of management and leadership development programmes, the Future Careers Programme, and oversee the integration and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with Event Crowd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Delivery: Execute a company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals and People & Culture objectives. Design learning pathways in collaboration with People Partners for all employees, ensuring accessibility and relevance across levels and functions. Curate and deliver training content that strengthens key competencies, focusing on leadership, management, and future skills. Measure training effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics. Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing with an inclusive and accessible lens across the organization.
  • Management & Leadership Development: Design and deliver the evolution of our Management & Leadership Development Programmes and support the creation of a framework for mid-level and senior leaders in line with our business growth and our values. Facilitate workshops and coaching programmes that empower managers to lead effectively and drive engagement and delivery of results. Partner with senior leadership to identify leadership capability gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
  • Future Careers Programme: Lead the design, creation, and delivery of the Future Careers Programme, in collaboration with the People & Culture team. Provide structured learning pathways that support emerging talent, career progression, and future workforce readiness. Integrate cross-functional training to support innovation, collaboration, and career mobility. Track programme participation, outcomes, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement and business impact.
  • LMS Integration & Digital Learning: Own the end-to-end LMS integration process in collaboration with Event Crowd as client partners. Manage system setup, content migration, and user experience, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational learning objectives. Curate engaging digital resources, eLearning modules, and user-friendly interfaces. Provide system oversight, analytics, and reporting to track engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with department heads, People Partners, Talent Acquisition Manager and external providers to assess needs and deliver impactful solutions. Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to align L&D initiatives with talent, performance, and engagement strategies. Manage key vendor relationships, including Event Crowd, ensuring value delivery and continuous collaboration.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Progressive experience in L&D, with exposure to digital learning with a focus on AI and leadership development.
  • Experience collaborating with external training partners and managing partner relationships.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in LMS administration, learning analytics, and content curation.
