Role
A high-impact, hybrid role combining executive support, business management, and delivery oversight. You will act as a force multiplier to the Group CFO & COO as the business grows and expands both domestically and internationally — ensuring priorities are clear, time is optimised, and key projects move forward at pace. You will also provide flexible support across Heads of Department (Finance, Optimisation, Sustainability, Procurement, Governance, Facilities) stepping in where capacity is constrained to unblock progress and maintain momentum. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the organisation end-to-end—across financial/commercial performance, strategic growth and long term impact. You will be exposed to senior decision-making, high-profile projects, and the realities of delivering at scale. This is not a traditional EA role. It requires strong commercial awareness, analytical capability, and the judgement to operate independently while staying closely aligned to leadership priorities. For the right person, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, build a broad and practical skillset, and play a meaningful role in shaping how the organisation delivers its objectives.

- Project & Delivery Support
- Own or support delivery of cross-functional projects (from scoping through execution)
- Turn high-level ideas into structured plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
- Track progress and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Leverage and embed AI tools within the overall department to improve efficiency, insight, and ways of working—acting as a practical champion for experimentation and continuous improvement
- Support with board packs, financial narratives, and key deliverables
- Provide light-touch analysis and synthesis of complex information
- Review commercial and legal documents (e.g. contracts, term sheets), distilling key points, risks, and issues into clear, decision-ready summaries
- Stakeholder & Team Support
- Act as a connector across the department, ensuring information flows effectively and priorities remain aligned
- Build strong relationships with Heads of Department and provide flexible, hands‑on support to leadership groups where needed
Skills & Experience
- Experience in consulting, finance (accounting qualification preferred but not essential), strategy, or equivalent business operations roles
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to finance/commercial topics (comfortable, not necessarily expert)

- Comfortable across both strategic and administrative tasks—able to move seamlessly from detailed execution (e.g. inbox, diary, materials) to higher-level problem solving
