London Marathon Events is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to drive AI adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement across Customer Engagement, helping customers self-serve while ensuring those who need human support are routed to the right team.
You will work closely with the Inbound team to reduce avoidable contact, plan campaigns, monitor AI performance, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders, maintaining high standards of service and tone.
