About the Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified Online Lecturer in Clinical Psychology to deliver Level 5 and Level 6 teaching to international students based primarily in South Asia and Malaysia. Teaching will be delivered fully online through live sessions. This role is ideal for an experienced lecturer or a recent graduate or postgraduate doctoral graduate in Clinical Psychology seeking to gain or further develop higher education teaching experience in an international context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live online lectures and seminars in Clinical Psychology at Level 5 and Level 6
  • Facilitate interactive teaching sessions using Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Support students’ academic development through discussion and guidance
  • Contribute to assessment delivery in line with programme requirements (where applicable)
  • Maintain accurate records of teaching sessions and student engagement

Teaching Schedule

Sessions are typically 1 hour in duration. Teaching times are flexible and scheduled to suit international time zones. Evening or weekend availability may be required depending on student location.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • A qualification in Clinical Psychology or a closely related discipline
  • Experience of teaching, tutoring, or supporting learners (online or face-to-face), or a recent graduate in Clinical Psychology with strong subject knowledge
  • Ability to deliver engaging online sessions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable internet connection and confidence using online teaching platforms

Desirable:

  • Teaching experience at Level 5 and/or Level 6
