Salary: £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join the front-of-house team at London Longevity Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and efficient front-desk service
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, email, and clinic systems
  • Handle patient enquiries with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate bookings and patient flow
  • Maintain reception area presentation and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols
  • Process payments and issue invoices as required
  • Maintain accurate patient records using clinic management software
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role within a healthcare or wellness setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written

Desirable

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a bonus, but not essential
