Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join the front-of-house team at London Longevity Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and efficient front-desk service
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, email, and clinic systems
- Handle patient enquiries with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate bookings and patient flow
- Maintain reception area presentation and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols
- Process payments and issue invoices as required
- Maintain accurate patient records using clinic management software
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- University graduate
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role within a healthcare or wellness setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
Desirable
