With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!
Your Role
Our People Team is seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Partner to help source and screen candidates for various volunteer roles across the organisation. In this role, you’ll create inclusive role descriptions, manage the recruitment process using tools like Teamtailor, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates : Proactively identify potential volunteers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.

Screening and Interviewing : Evaluate candidates’ applications and conduct interviews to assess their suitability for volunteer roles.

Creating Role Descriptions : Write inclusive and engaging volunteer role descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and expectations of the positions.

Managing the Recruitment Process : Use tools like Teamtailor to track candidate progress, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
