Your Role
The Accreditation Manager plays a key role within the busy Pride Operations and Events Team, overseeing and managing all internal accreditation systems in preparation for the Event Day. This role includes compiling all internal accreditation needs and information, liaising with external accreditation providers, and overseeing the implementation of site-wide Pride In London accreditation on the day of the event. The Accreditation Manager will work closely within the Operational Planning Team and alongside all Operational Team Leads to provide accurate, timely and clear accreditation support and leadership in the run-up to the Event Day.

This role has a flexible start time however we would be looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Availability to volunteer on the day of the event (Saturday 5th July) is essential.

Availability to attend in person Ops Meetings in Central London on the first Saturday of each month and all Saturdays across June is desired.

There may also be the potential to join Team Lead meetings online on Tuesday Evenings.
Your Responsibilities

Acting as the lead manager on all internal accreditation systems . This includes learning, troubleshooting and managing pre-existing accreditation systems (Festival Pro) as well as the potential creation of new systems of work.

Oversee the design and creation of accreditation materials. Work alongside design teams to create necessary wristbands and passes and co-ordinate the printing, distribution and collection of accreditation materials.

Overseeing the accreditation for all Volunteers and Talent on the day of the Event. This includes year-round members of the Pride In London team, on-the-day stewards and supervisors, and all talent across six performance stages.

Provide clear training and communication to Team Leads on Accreditation Systems and Operational Implementation. Create clear communication guidelines on the different levels of accreditation and how they should be applied to the different volunteer responsibilities on Event Day.

Act as key accreditation contact for Pride In London. Be the key liaison between Pride In London, external event management companies and external accreditation contacts in the lead-up to the event. Be the key point of contact/decision maker for Pride In London for all accreditation on the day of the Event.

Support and Leadership for On-Site Coordination. Oversee the accreditation desks and counters across the site, as well as being responsible for any volunteers that assist within these spaces.

Record keeping and archiving. Keeping detailed records of systems of work, designated accreditation to individuals, and information that can be kept for reference in future years.

Collaboration with other teams. Working both within the Operational Planning Team as well as alongside all Operational Team Leads such as Talent, Stages, Parade, and all static spaces.
- Post Event Evaluation. Being able to bring detailed feedback of successes and learning points from the lead-up to the event, to the event day itself in a timely and clear manner.
