We’re looking for an experienced sustainability practitioner to join LLDC’s sustainability team. You’ll be supporting the delivery of LLDC’s Climate Action Strategy, focusing on our extensive program of development projects. This role has a strong focus on our construction projects and requires someone who can balance the technical rigor of high-level sustainability standards with the challenges of development project delivery.
This is a practical role for an exceptional communicator. We’re clear on the technical standards our developments require and are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of applying ambitious sustainability standards to developer partnerships (developer agreements, joint ventures, etc). You’ll work in close partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders to positively influence LLDC’s net zero, climate resilient objectives over a critical period of the developments’ progress.
At Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, we’re proud to be a values-led, inclusive employer with a mission to create opportunity and transformation in East London. We offer flexible working, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a tangible impact on one of the UK’s most high-profile regeneration programmes. We actively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those from underrepresented groups and the local East London community.
