Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Film & Events Coordinator to join its dynamic Events Team. This fast‑paced, varied role will see you acting as the first point of contact for all film and event enquiries across the parkland estate. You will manage the film and events inboxes, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally, working closely with Filming Location Managers and event clients to support projects from initial enquiry through to contracting, invoicing and completion, ensuring a high standard of service throughout.

Requirements
  • Proven experience coordinating filming and/or event enquiries, from initial contact through to delivery.
  • Experience with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, or budget tracking.
  • Working with clients, stakeholders or external partners, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Supporting filming, events, or operational planning, including logistics and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail, maintaining accurate records, calendars, and databases.
  • Confident using spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to follow processes and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with minute taking, report preparation and information sharing.
  • Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented, collaborative and resilient under pressure.

  • Salary: £38,342 per annum with a performance‑based incremental pay scale.
  • Probationary period of 3 months, followed by confirmation of employment and a notice period of 3 months.
  • Permanent, full‑time role (37 hours per week).
