London Learning Consortium (LLC / DV8) is seeking Functional Skills English and Maths Tutors to support learner achievement across our East Sussex campuses. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Assistant Principal opportunities may also be available for suitably experienced candidates with curriculum leadership or management experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging teaching across Functional Skills and GCSE English and/or Maths programmes
- Support learners to achieve qualifications and progression outcomes
- Track attendance, engagement and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum planning and quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant qualification or strong subject experience in English or Maths
- Experience delivering project-based creative vocational learning
- Teaching qualification desirable
- Experience supporting learners aged 16–24 desirable
- Experience supporting learners to achieve GCSE resit or Functional Skills progression outcomes
