You’ll be responsible for

  • Running breakfast service, ensuring smooth, slick, and stylish operations from first order to final plate.
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast dishes to House of Gods standards.
  • Managing prep, stock rotation, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation before and during service.
  • Overseeing food safety, hygiene standards, and seamless coordination between kitchen, floor, and hotel teams.
  • Keeping the energy high, the pass moving, and the breakfast plates looking beautiful.
