London & Kent Roofing Ltd is looking for an experienced and ambitious Estimator / Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is more than just a job, for the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Director-level position as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out site surveys and preparing accurate quotations
- Estimating labour, materials and project costs
- Supervising roofing teams and subcontractors
- Managing projects from start to completion
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and health & safety
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Helping drive the continued growth and success of the business
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience within the roofing industry
- Has estimating and/or supervisory experience
- Has excellent knowledge of roofing systems and materials
- Is organised, reliable and commercially minded
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Is ambitious and wants to build a long-term career, not just take another job
