Job Description:
The candidate for the position of Administrator (Assistant) and Transport Manager in our Guardianship Agency will work closely with the director, transport companies, and schools to ensure compassionate and effective care for the students. While the role is remote, applicants baced in Europe are very welcome, as it is helps with time zone alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating student transfers, including booking and overseeing drivers for transportation to/from family accommodations and airports.
- Booking train tickets for students.
- Corresponding and liaising with schools on current administrative matters.
- Filling out school transport and other required forms for student enrollment.
- Online shopping and translating school reports and audio recordings of parent meetings.
- Entering and verifying information in the company’s Google Drive system, ensuring data and documents are up to date.
- Creating schedules for holidays and Google Forms.
- Maintaining AEGIS safety and quality standards, participating in preparations for inspections.
- Keeping all documents and information up to date, ensuring order and efficiency in work.
- Contributing to the effective operation of London International Agency.

- Completion of a mandatory DBS check (criminal record check).
- Completion of the OG registration procedures, including self-declaration.
Full-time Position:
- Available to be on call during full working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (London time) to handle current tasks and respond quickly to messages.
Language Requirement:
- The candidate must be fluent in either Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English.
