ABOUT LONDON INSURANCE WEEK

London Insurance Week 2026 returns to Central Hall Westminster (21–24 September), the room where the United Nations first convened, to host 2,500 senior leaders across insurance, pensions and national wealth. Become the deputy conversion operator, learn the delegate→ member funnel end-to-end and build and run lifecycle campaigns independently in support of the 10% target.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Journey: the delegate→ member journey → build email/in-app nurture steps → own discrete campaign segments.
  • Bundle ops: support the "Delegate Membership Bundle" SKU — setup, QA, fulfilment tracking.
  • Reporting: maintain the daily conversion report; flag funnel drop off points to R3.
  • Hand-offs: coordinate lead hand-offs between Event (I1/R1) and Exchange (I2/R2) so nothing is dropped.
  • Help run A/B tests on offers, subject lines and CTAs; log results.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Interest in growth / lifecycle / CRM / digital marketing (study, project, or prior internship).
  • Hands‑on or eager with a marketing‑automation/CRM tool (e.g. HubSpot); copy‑confident.
  • Analytical and detail‑obsessed about conversion numbers.

WHAT YOU GAIN

  • You are able to: build and send nurture campaigns and run the conversion report.
  • You are able to: deputise on the full conversion funnel and bundle operations.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is the whole thesis in one job. Without you, two great engines stay siloed and multi-year relationships evaporate. With you, a conference becomes an institution.

LIW Group is an equal‑opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and are happy to discuss flexible working and reasonable adjustments.
