Supporting the MD on a day-to-day basis, whilst performing certain operational functions. This role is essential to the smooth running of the business which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting operational projects.
Role responsibilities- Produce reports and presentations as and when the MD requires.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
- Completing expenses for the senior leadership team.
- Booking and coordinating all travel/hotels for the team.
- Chase all aged debt on a weekly basis.
- Support the Underwriting team on a day-to-day basis.
- Helping the Underwriting Assistants with testing the underwriting platforms and policy issuance, endorsements, as and when needed.
- Responsible for liaising with finance and underwriters to solve accounting queries in a quick and efficient manner.
- Efficient and highly organised.
- Pro-active and strategic approach to work.
