Supporting the MD on a day-to-day basis, whilst performing certain operational functions. This role is essential to the smooth running of the business which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting operational projects.

Role responsibilities
  • Produce reports and presentations as and when the MD requires.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
  • Completing expenses for the senior leadership team.
  • Booking and coordinating all travel/hotels for the team.
  • Chase all aged debt on a weekly basis.
  • Support the Underwriting team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Helping the Underwriting Assistants with testing the underwriting platforms and policy issuance, endorsements, as and when needed.
  • Responsible for liaising with finance and underwriters to solve accounting queries in a quick and efficient manner.
