We are seeking an experienced and highly capable ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead and govern the delivery of all ServiceNow programmes across the organisation. This role is responsible for the end-to-end programme management of multiple concurrent ServiceNow initiatives, including but not limited to CMDB, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Financial Services Operations (FSO), and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). The successful candidate will have strong experience managing complex programmes with multiple workstreams, delivery teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment to business objectives, technical standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme leadership and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives
- Management of multiple parallel workstreams and dependencies
- Senior stakeholder engagement across IT and the business
- Vendor and system integrator management
- Programme planning, delivery, and execution
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Financial and budget management
- Quality assurance and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Change, cutover, and operational readiness

Required Experience
- Significant experience in enterprise programme management
- Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow programmes
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience managing multiple vendors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Delivery of CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSO, and data-led initiatives
- Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery experience
- Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
- Programme management or ServiceNow certifications
