We are looking for a Unit4 Financials expert to work within the Finance change team supporting all things Unit4 Financials. This will include new implementations where new entities are onboarded to existing within existing countries as projects, supporting delivery of a lengthy list of enhancement requests. Training new users on the application and providing general support where necessary for the platform. Be a collaborative part of the existing team supporting the Unit4 Financials product globally.
What you’ll be doing
- To provide configuration and build expertise to support the internal Howden Group Finance Change team in delivering new implementations for UNIT4 Financials
- Work on Unit4 enhancement list to deliver solutions within Unit4 across the entire global user base
- Develop and implement improved reporting within Unit4 and using CodaXL for use by all Unit4 countries
- Provide knowledge transfer across the internal Howden Group team which consists of process analysts and configurators.
- Deliver training on Unit4 Financials where necessary
- Work with users to understand their specific requirements and deliver solutions within the boundaries of agreed global designs
- Challenge user requirements if it does not meet standard design principles
What qualifications we’re looking for
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst within an insurance broker, company or consultancy environment
- Has worked on large business transformation programmes
- Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through to User acceptance testing and launch
- Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets
- Delivery focused with a proactive approach to analysis and can work with minimal supervision
- Be able to work as part of a fast paced team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
- Engagement experience with user base
- The following qualifications would be advantageous for this role: Recognised accounting qualification, Unit4 Financials – Expert configuration capability
