Purpose of the role
We are looking for a visionary, commercially minded Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our global enterprise websites, driving measurable impact for our customers and global business. As the Product Leader, you will champion the voice of the customer while carefully balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives. Success in this role will require strong collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring our enterprise websites support the company’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable commercial value.
You will lead and manage the Product Owner, Product Analyst, and Site Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Alongside this, you will work closely with the Platform Manager and Platform Development team, as well as the CRM and Marketing Automation teams, to ensure strong alignment across roadmap priorities, platform capability, delivery planning, dependencies, and operational considerations.
Acting as a key point of coordination across the product and delivery functions, you will ensure business needs, customer insight, technical constraints, and regional requirements are brought together constructively to support effective decision making and sustainable delivery. This role requires a thoughtful and collaborative leadership style, helping to navigate competing priorities, manage stakeholder expectations sensitively, and maintain momentum across both iterative optimisation work and larger global initiatives.
As a highly visible role operating across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, you will combine rapid, data-driven improvements with longer-term strategic initiatives, actively engaging stakeholders globally to drive alignment, confidence, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring every initiative maps directly to customer needs while supporting the company’s strategic objectives and delivering measurable commercial value aligned to the overall business strategy.
- Lead innovation within the product, proactively identifying opportunities to evolve, challenge existing approaches and processes, and drive meaningful improvements in user experience and business value.
- Lead product prioritisation decisions, applying a clear, value-based approach and confidently managing and communicating trade-offs, including what will not be prioritised.
- Define clear success measures for product initiatives and establish consistent reporting frameworks to monitor delivery, adoption, performance, and business value realisation.
- Partner with the wider team to ensure alignment on priorities and value, apply the wider operating model, and engage early to address any risks or challenges impacting delivery commitments and benefits realisation.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our enterprise websites and CMS, ensuring our content-led digital experiences are scalable, localised, accessible, and commercially effective.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, confidently influencing decisions, constructively challenging requests where needed, and driving alignment on priorities, trade-offs and strategic outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of entry for team demand, ensuring focus remains on the highest value opportunities.
- Use data, insight, and evidence to inform decisions, working closely with the Product Owner and Product Analyst to validate opportunities and measure impact.
- Lead and support the Product Owner, Product Analyst, and Site Managers, fostering a high-performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Ensure delivery plans are realistic and achievable, working closely with the Product Owner, Platform Manager, and Platform Development team to align scope, sequencing, dependencies, and capacity.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop from delivery into the roadmap, adjusting priorities based on progress, risks, and technical or operational constraints.
- Support key product ceremonies and planning activities where product direction, trade-offs, or decisions are required.
- Own and track product performance KPIs, using data, insight, and user feedback to continuously optimise the customer experience, measure commercial impact, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
Essential Skills
- Significant experience in digital product management with a track record of owning and delivering product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability, with the ability to balance customer needs, business value, and delivery constraints to focus on the highest impact work.
- Strong data-driven mindset, using insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Accountability for product delivery and team performance, with a track record of setting realistic commitments and delivering against them.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
- Ability to lead innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to define clear scope and dependencies to enable effective planning and delivery.
- Significant experience working with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal), with the ability to drive platform evolution, optimisation, and delivery of content-led digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and regulatory requirements (e.g. WCAG, GDPR), ensuring these are incorporated into product decisions, prioritisation and delivery.
