This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn about transactional liability insurance in the fast-paced M&A environment, develop analytical and commercial skills, gain a deep understanding of corporate transactions, and work alongside experienced underwriters on market-leading deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing workflow on deal opportunities that contemplate use of Warranty and Indemnity Insurance, Tax Insurance and Contingent Insurance, including review of NDAs, management of core inbox for submissions and working with internal teams and 3rd parties to ensure data collection.
- Analysing mergers and acquisition-related documents, including reviewing financial statements, business background information and purchase agreements, and researching issues related to M&A transactions
- Assisting in managing the underwriting diligence process.
- Coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients.
- Assisting the senior leadership team in TL with data related queries.
- Collaboration with marketing team to develop materials and presentations.
